Each Doctor is allocated his or her own transcribers and an editor to work on the account every day. This ensures high quality as each transcriber is familiar with the Doctor’s requirement. Our system automatically logs the dictation and allocates the corresponding individual Doctor template.

Every transcript completed by our transcriber goes through a rigorous quality check. Invoices are sent by e-mail and include a detailed log count for each dictation transcribed by our transcriptionists the previous month. Payment is accepted by check and wire transfers. The payments are due by the 15th of each month.
